Dos Palmas Island and Spa Palawan

Summer has come and passed and I still haven't been to any vacation destination to enjoy the heat. It was a good thing though that my company has a planned team building at Dos Palmas Palawan. The only issue, it was scheduled on the month of June which is considered as a rainy season already.

As usual, I was excited; I was looking forward that the weather will cooperate and that it will be a great experience. The day came and so was typhoon Frank, but the view of the location just didn't let me down despite of the hiding sun.

Our early morning flight via Philippine Airlines from Manila to Palawan was still fine during that time with some scattered rain showers. We arrived at Puerto Princesa airport at about 80 minutes later then boarded a 40 minute bus ride going to Honda Bay port for our sea transfer to Dos Palmas island.

All guests will pass through the Bay Cottages and the walkway bridge which also acts as somewhat the port of the island. The other type of accommodation, the Beach Villas, are located on the sides of the beach. The resort also has lots of recreational facilities such as ball courts, swimming pool and billiards table. I remember also going around places in the island using a bike.

Overall, even though exhausted in the past 3 days due to the activities, I greatly enjoyed my stay in the resort and had a lot of fun.
